Any mommies have workout tips for after baby .I've gained 36lb and due this April Looking fwd to getting my lil body back.

I'm a small little women and I had two kids my secret was sit ups and pull ups..good luck and congratulations

Congratulations! Use your baby for a weight lol like old baby and do squats and stuff its awesome cuz they get heavier as they grow ...and my kids loved it...and still love working out with me :)
