10 Minute Full Abs this workout is for when u dont have a lot of time but it still gives great results. Do it twice a day and u will have great abs before u know it! It realy helps!

Healthy eating, cardio and total body resistant training.   Then once you have eliminated the over lying fatty tissue from the abdominals you can begin your abdomenal workouts.
