Hi everyone,
So in the past I've been VERY over weight and basically the past 3 years I've strived to get back on track.. I'm only 14 but anyways this summer I think I may finally be ready to show off a bikini body after this amazing app came into my life.. Anyone have any tips on how to feel less inscure with my body when I do though?

You're 14, why are you so worried with your body image? Besides, 99.9% of the little boys your age have no idea what an attractive female body is, so dont even sweat it. Workout, eat healthy and you'll be fine :-)

Probably the simplest way if you have full size mirrow and a spot where you can be private wear bathing suit in front of it. Do it for a few minutes a week to start out.

Its not about showing off your body its about feeling good. Whatever you wear should make you feel happy if not then dont wear it. you only 14 so you prolly havent learned this yet but if u r happy and condient and comfy no matter what you wear will show thru
