Food is so great. Lol. Won't give it up. I've always hated anything healthy as a kid and still do. So I try to work out a lot in order to burn the calories I eat. It isn't helping my weight problem. Lol oh well. Like most people I'm addicted to so many foods. Mostly sweets and anything pasta and cheesy. :)

Keep a food journal/calorie counter in u know how many calories you are taking in you will know how many calories you need to burn
