ok so i got really bad itchy scalp after doing an intense workout the problem is that i can't wash my hair everyday as it will get damaged. any remedies to solve this problem guy?

Have you ever tried the dry shampoo or baby powder? Or if that does not help just wash your scalp (do not shampoo your ends) and condition your ends followed by a good leave in conditioner. Hope you find something that works!

Just keep rinsing it every 3 hours to keep it fresh

You can wash it, but just woth water
Youre hair will feel a lot fresher, but becouse you don't wash it with shampoo it won't demage your hair to much :)

Try using coconut oil. Towel dry hair, massage coconut oil on scalp and then leave it for 30 min to an hr and then shampoo it off... helped clear my itchy dry scalp plus gave me long soft hair as well.
