No, I do NOT want a sixpack -a woman needs to stay a woman-
But i really really want an outlining, wich workouts do you sugest?:)

Im a woman and I want a six pack.. Lol I didn't realize wanting to be stronger made a female any less of a woman..

Have a look at the workouts ive done iv stuck with a couple and I now have abs, it didn't take long either

I'm sorry, i didn't mean it like that I actully think a slight sixpaxk looks great on some woman As long as its not TOO much, but its your choise Thats just what i think

Megan it's alright :) and if your question wasn't answered already.. It's the same process to get an outline as it would be to get an actual six pack and when you get where you want to be just keep up with maintenance. So lots of cardio, a really healthy diet, and most of the ab workouts on this site will help but it will take time :) good luck

Clean eating and lots of cardio. Be mindful of what you are putting into your body. Strengthen your core and keep a good posture. Good luck.
