i workout everyday like for 2 or 3 hrs and i follow a healthy way of eating almost all the day except before bed i crave sweets and carbs and i cant sleep without having both :( do u have any idea what should i do?
Try strawberries with cool whip drizzle little chocolate syrup.
What about drinking plain milk to substitute sweet?
Drink a sweet protein shake before you go to sleep, it helps take care of those cravings. Iso 100 is an awesome protein for this.
I Nibble on a tiny piece of dark chocolate 80% cacao. Very little sugar and stops my cravings instantly.
