Hi! Everyone i will start my diet plan and workout by the 1st of may and im not only looking for losing weight im looking also for a healthy lifestyle. ..so we will inspire each other everyone of us should post everyday like " im done " im done means u worked out and u followed ur diet plan and so on and i will try to post motivational quotes and some nutritional information about losing weight everyday and u also if u have anything to share it will be great. ...so lets inspire each other :D

for breakfast : 2 slices of brown toast and 2 slices of gouda or cheddar cheese or 4 slices of coldcuts plus green salad. for lunch : day 1 :grilled fish or chicken and if u wanna some carbs its fine but take care of the amount. Day 2 : boiled pasta, boiled veges and green salad. Day 3 : grilled chicken, boiled veges and green salad. Day 4 : pasta, grilled chicken, boiled veges and green salad. Day 5 : like day 3.
