Wondering if I can lose a lot of breast weight working out? If so what are some I can do?

Breasts are mainly fat and you can't target fat loss. Any kind of cardio makes you loose fat, but where you lose how much depends on your gens. Also working on the muscles in that area will not make you lose fat there.
