Hello I'm trying to get help. I'm new to all this I need muscles legs.arms.stomach. majorly. I'm 4 ft 8 like 80 pounds lol I no tiny but I'm a mom I need muscles. If anyone can help me choose the workout and idk foods? Like I said I'm so new to this message me or email me at britbug19@yahoo.com thanks

Build muscle fast go to my profile and do your best to do the workouts I created. Eat lots of proteins and leafy greens and fruits and veggies

That should get you started. (Personal trainer friend of mine suggested this)
