I have been doing the workouts for belly very long. Now there is a little part of my belly bumping and i need to make muscles in them. This is after babies belly :(. Can't remove it. Need heeelp. )

Make sure u eating clean to help reduce your belly fat. Jumprope,moutain climbers,spirts,burpees should also help u an make sure u contracting your ab muscles when u working out on themgood luck
