hi.is it ok to wash your face 3 times a day? i wear make up during the day but had to take it off when i got back home as i need to do my workout.then have to re wash before bed.

I think it shouldn't be to bad to wash your face three times a day but try not to do it often. That will cause your skin to dry and them your face will produce more oil and cause acne.

It's okay, but it's usually recommended to wash your face only twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed.

I wash my face once in the morning and once at night but throughout the day I'll use a toner and moisturizer, but I have really oily skin. Research your skin type and see what is best for our skin type
