My foot feels weird when I move it a certain way or touch the top of my ankle the nerves going down to my toes tingle and the tendons move. It feels weird and uncomfortable but doesn't hurt. I have it in an ace bandage. Is it safe to workout still?
I wouldnt take the chance. Even if it doesnt hurt, it wont be a good idea to damage it more. Go to a walk in clinic to see whats up, and they'll tell you if its serious or not:)
I may be late but I agree with Megan W. If you workout with your foot feeling like that, it may worsen and have you out longer.
