You should use an online calculator to find out how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight then burning or subtracting 500 cals a day thats how to loose a pound of fat in a week. I've been cutting 250 cals and working out to burn 400 a day and I went from 5'3" and 150 to 145 in a few weeks. Foods high in fiber and protein will keep you full eggwhites broccoli and fatfree yogurt are good choices also chick breast and turkey are the leanest meats.
