I've been doing a little working out lately and I've lost a few pounds. Right now I'm at 198 and my goal is 136 by or before the end of the summer. My problem areas are my inner thighs and my tummy. Any specific workouts recommended.?

You can do lots of squats and foremost lay on your side and lift your leg up and down.. I don't know what the workout is called

I think there just called leglifts :)
