Becoming taller?

Are there any exercises that can make you taller? I'm 5'5.5" but I wanna get atleast 4 inches taller (without heels :3) so, advice?

If your still in your teenage years eating a lot of lean proteins and exercise can help with your height. But most of the time it's more about genetics

No. I think ur only option is surgery.. just stick to some gorgeous heels :0)

Plus some nice heels really make the legs look nice they pump that calf out there to show off your work :) I like a lady in heels

Depends how old you are... If you're older there isn't really anything you can do... If you're a teenager then eating a lot and sleeping a lot is brilliant. I used to eat everything in sight and sleep about 10-12 hours when I could - 6'6" now :)

You can't really, but sleeping lots as a teenager really helps.... I've got insomnia now tho :( :p
