Started exercising, but after im done running i get bad headaches. What now? Newbie! Thanks! Gracias!

Keep a check on ur hydration.. drink lots of water after the run and also in small amount during the run if uts longer than 5 K... coconut water will be the best ...

Maybe you are pushing yourself to much. Is ok to do that. But for starters I recomend step by step. Let your body feel comfortable then go hard all the time. Or maybe the sun is giving you hard time or your sugar is low, eat better before running. No te rindas.
