Hello I just have recently had a baby girl on May 23rd and I am looking to get my before mommy body back if I could get some help on a workout that would be good to get my body back in shape I'm not overweight I really just need to tone up my belly you know get that little pooch away lol if I could get some help that would be great thank you very much

congratulations on your baby! Some of thebest excersises after pragnatnsy are head lifts, shoulder lifts, and curlups- these 3 movements helps strengthen back muscles they also tone the tummy and abbs :)

Thank you so much right now on this app im doing the beach body work out today os my first day of doing it im hoping it goea good. I will try those workouts thru out the day.
