Question for just woman, men not for you lol
What are some good workout during that special time of month? During that week Im in no mood to move I crave for all the bad foods. And just want to curl up and die. Lol
I focus on my lower abs 90-90 crunches are my favorite
I agree with the other people that mentioned yoga.
I do hatha yoga at that time of the month.
Also, I agree, walking helps.
I found that working out helps the pain I get on my period. Do a small bit of cardio, at the least 10 minutes, and I usually focus on ab workouts because it triggers my belly. Do crunches and sit ups. It's almost the same as curling up in a ball! Drink tons of water.
Ok so when its that time for me i make myself go workout like anyother day. And after i do makes me feel 10 times better. And ill snack on those yogurt covered raisins.
