Hi, iam 24 and has had 2 kids. I need help two lose about 90lbs. I was able to stay fit after my 1st but 2ed one did me in.

I'm in I have recently lost 50 lbs but have put 18lbs back on in 2 months goal is 125 I'm 158 now

I know how hard it can be. I have six dogs and a baby. Get out for walks is hard without a carrir. But you should do that. More cardio will help. No carbs just protein and veggies.

I completely understand where you're coming from... I lost 8 lbs in 2012, then got pregnant with my 3rd (got put on bedrest ) and gained 70 back. I had lost most of those pounds but then the last two months went through a rough patch and gained some back. *** I'm trying to lose 32 lbs currently.

I have 3 kids all 5 and under :-)

I forgot to add.... When I do hit 150 I will have lost 92 lbs ( I used to weigh 242)
