Pregnancy workout?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my blood pressure has been going up so I need to start exercising more. What is a good routine i can do that doesn't involve laying on my stomach, lifting heavy weights, or doing crunching motions?

You can do squats and you can walk or light jog..

Yoga really helped me, with the blood pressure, as well as keeping limber/strong for delivery. Wish you the best, with the exercise & your wee one. =)

Walk a lot , do squats , drink a lot of water for the birth, and try some yoga . :) worked for me

Thanks everyone, I'll do my best! I was walking a lot in my first trimester, but now when its over 100 degrees everyday my doctor has advised against walking around outside. Maybe i can find an indoor track at the gym or something.
