I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my blood pressure has been going up so I need to start exercising more. What is a good routine i can do that doesn't involve laying on my stomach, lifting heavy weights, or doing crunching motions?
Thanks everyone, I'll do my best! I was walking a lot in my first trimester, but now when its over 100 degrees everyday my doctor has advised against walking around outside. Maybe i can find an indoor track at the gym or something.
