Fighting pcos need help anyone else have?
I'm 28 female living and fighting pcos! I work out daily and eat about 1200 to 1500 calories a day and burn 500 to 1000 calories a day it's a fight to push myself everyday to work out I have been doing this almost 3 weeks now I have seen a little bit come off but not happy so this week I'm trying to push harder! Anyone else here have pcos? Or tips for me?
