Best things to eat after cardio to burn fat but still build muscle?

I really need help on this, because I feel like I've been losing fat as well as my muscle after a cardio workout and it nerves me... I DO NOT want to LOSE ANYMORE WEIGHT! I'm trying to maintain it but still have muscle :( . Help?

Protein!!!!! Oh and to help burn unwanted fat mix 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar into your water. (2 tbs for every 8oz. Of water)
