Just did 80 jumping jacks (try it it will kill ur legs) 40 roll ups (slow) 60 bicycle kicks (omfg died) ran up and down my stairs 14 times wow. Its hard yes but never give up u can do it also some times listening to music motivates u so try ur best gonna play some football
