Hi Guys :) i love this app, i just want you to help me in something :/ Well I've lost weight already and now i just want to tone my body (i'm flaccid T_T ), what you recommend me?? Should i do some exercises that are in this app??. I exercise 5 days a week, can i do (for example) : monday- arms, tuesday- butt & legs, wednesday - abs & core, etc? Sorry for bothering >.<
