Ive played club for 3 years and school volleyball. What type of tips are you wanting? :)

I'm looking for help with getting shoulder because I've been getting pains in collar bone area. And getting a harder spike

Your probably not drawing your arm right or you might of pulled it a certain way. See if icing and heat will help. Have you ever been to a chiropractor?

And what my coaches told me about spiking its all in your abs, which is true. But really you just got to practice hitting alot. :) I mean club WILL help you in everything. You can also can do private lessons and they will help you on whatever you need.
