Guys what cardios or exercises to have skinny legs and flat abs !!

Running... I hate to say it. Or swimming, and focus on having a tight core when you lap, it'll help you position as well when you swim

Is it ok if I walked everyday for half an hour is it help or not ?

If you have a treadmill, put it on full incline and walk at 3mph for an hour. It sounds simple, but its a light workout that also causes a fat burning result and an active metabolism for multiple hours afterwards.
