I'd like to gain muscles instead of losing a lot of weight but I don't want to get those visible muscles.... So, can I (I'm a girl) even get such bulky muscles or not? And if someone knows how to get thinner legs and flat stomach without losing curves, that'd be nice
Tone up with resistance workouts and the pick up dumbells that you can easily do 12 reps with...stick to that weight and do as many as you can 30 or so. Do the same for other compound excerises like squats and dead lifts with a barbel weight.
This will give you learn muscle as apposed to swollen water filled muscles that body builders have who increase weight to build mass!
