Busy ladies?

Hey ladies!

How do you manage staying in shape when life is just busy? I find myself often being too exhausted to exercise, or too frazzled to cook healthily. (I hate cooking).

Meanwhile I really need to exercise and eat healthily.

I have a full time job, a 4 month old and a 9 year old. Not to mention I'm the only parent in the household... odds have been against me in the past until I stopped making excuses for myself and started creating solutions for my shortcomings. 1) I cook tomorrow's dinner, tonight. Once my kids are off to bed (no later than 9pm) I am in my kitchen, cooking, prepping bottles, cleaning and getting ready for tomorrow. There have been days when I've been tired and exhausted but the goal is to have a PLAN for the week or...
