PMS pain: should i work out or not?? (Please girls help me)

Today is the first they of my period and it's really killing me!!! I have so much pain; I'm so tired and + my legs hurt a lil bit from yesterday 5k run..is it good to do some work out to feel more better or it will only hurts me?? Do you usually work out on your period???

I usually work out but not ON my period because my stomach hurts sooo much... :( when you're not in your period, it's good to train a sport or do exercises and you'll lower the pain :)

Thank you so much..now the pain is slowing down maybe tomorrow I will be able to do some exercises!!

Light yoga and stretches help with pain. Don't actually workout, like hardcore stuff, but a few crunches eases the muscle... down there... and you'll feel no more pain in minutes. It is hard to start crunches with pms pain but push through it :)

Excessive is meant to relax the muscles and help stomach cramps so exercise is good:)
