Im 19 and i also have two kids i have gain up to 30 lbs with both pregnancy but end up loosing it all im only 98 lbs..but wish to weigh more..i heard drinking ensure but not sure.. I dislike being so skinny.. It have even made me boobs smaller.. Any suggestions please!!!
I eat alot of bread but i will try the ensure drink and hopefully it help.i hate being silm
Eat a little more than you normally would at every meal, to the point of feeling full... even if you can't finish it, put extra on your plate. Load up on different kinds of proteins throughout the day... Beans, meats, nuts, eggs, fish, etc. Eat three decent sized meals a day, but also add in a snack between each. You can get things that you can just carry with you and are always ready to eat... Granola, mixed nuts, trail mix, energy/protein bars, dried fruits, etc. Basically, just eat eat eat, but make sure it's not all carbs!

Add heavy weights to your workouts. I dont mean like super heavy, start small and build up. Building muscle adds on weight a healthy way and gets you in shape, and makes you a bit bigger :) Good luck! I am also trying to build muscle, I have thin thin THIN legs
