Try a more realistic goal like three kilos in a month.
Cut your unhealthy foods and aim for a 500 calorific deficit maximum! Don't lower your calories too fast or too much because you will lower your metabolism and therefore put back all of the weight and more.do it the healthy way and make it a lifestyle and you're sure to stock with the changes. Plus don't stick to the scale too much since I started weight training I gained three kilos of muscle and at first I was so disappointed but then I realized that numbers don't matter check for inches lost look at your pictures before and now encourage yourself and you're sure to lose the extra fat!
