Anyone here, age 18-21, that wants to do a 30 day squat challenge with me? The support and encouragement would be great! :)

It starts out with 50 and goes up 5 with each day. Every 3rd day is a "rest" day.

Yeah, I've got 10 lb dumbbells and just did my 1st rep of 10. Gonna do 3 sets of 10. Then do same (or as many as I can) in push ups.
