Hi. I'm just a beginner here and still a student.
I want to lose my belly fats and have at least a line forming in my abs.
The problem is:
I can't do all the exercises. It's kinda hard.
I don't have much time to workout since I have to go toclasses.
And last but not the least, (this may sound ansurd) I looove to eat. Though I'm trying to maintain a balanced diet. Hoping you could help me. :)
