First workout n I feel good and disgusting at the same time. I thought I was going to throw up. Fingers crossed I can push though the barrier and not feel like this ever again!
When i first started working out a few years ago I did throw up..so don't worry about it.
Just keep on going...you will amaze yourself at what you can do in a month to a year...the world ia your oyster go get it :-)
