First workout n I feel good and disgusting at the same time. I thought I was going to throw up. Fingers crossed I can push though the barrier and not feel like this ever again!

Keep pressing on. It will be rough in the beginning. Start with casual work outs and work your way up

Thanks guys for the words of wisdom. Just a little upset I let myself go. I know that I will push through as I have one of those mentalities

When i first started working out a few years ago I did throw don't  worry about it.

Just keep on will amaze yourself at what you can do in a month to a year...the world ia your oyster go get it :-)
