Frustrating workout

You ever have those days when you feel like you just didn't do enough? Felt like that today. After an hour and 15 min (45 on the treadmill at a casual pace) I gave up.
Used the app to start some dumbell moves and just gave up...didn't finish. Just felt defeated. Didn't feel like I was doing anything right...

It helps to think about your goal while you're working out. That dress you finally want to fit in, or that bathing suit that will have you killin the game once your body looks right in it. Whatever your goal is focus on that.

Yeah, that works for me too. When I want to give up, I think about what I am gaining.
