I want to lose belly fat, i'm a teenager , i'm not fat but i want to have a slimmer body , help.
Try not to focus too much on food,try to eat healthy and try alot of different heart pupping exercises,rowing,swimming,dancing,roller skating,skiping fast
I also have belly fat. My other body parts are slimmer. All I have learned is that belly fat is mostly due to bloating which can be undone easily. Eat a low carb and high protein diet. Drink lots of water. A lot means more tham 8 glasses a day and you will see the difference
