What workouts will target my stomach the most? I'm 10 months post partum nd still have fat from my pregnancy and wanna lose all of it!
Yess I've been exclusively breastfeeding since day 1 :) I'm almost back to my pre pregnancy weight..just hate my stomach! Thanks for the advice :)
Strength training helps a lot and sit ups tone the muscles.
Take it easy and don't eat too late.
