What workouts will target my stomach the most? I'm 10 months post partum nd still have fat from my pregnancy and wanna lose all of it!

Cardio and a workouts. Cardio is what will shed the weight. Best baby fat drainer is breast feeding!

Yess I've been exclusively breastfeeding since day 1 :) I'm almost back to my pre pregnancy weight..just hate my stomach! Thanks for the advice :)

Strength training helps a lot and sit ups tone the muscles.
