what is you rough average time for workouts
I'm trying to figure out if I'm working out too much. I do between 40 and 60 minutes almost daily and it's mostly dumbbells or bodyweight exercises.
2 hours that's basically over training and muscle exhaustion
Shoot for 45-60 minutes. If you don't take too many breaks that should be perfect.
One hour 30 min to 2 hours but I have a lot (well less now) fat to burn off.
If you feel like you're overdoing it, then follow your instinct! Start off with dumbells for 30 minutes and do some jogging for another 30 or dancing or anything else cardio. There's your 60 minutes. There's no need to over work only one area.
No 2_3hour daily.. For workout..
I just freestyle it and do what i fancy. Lately it's up to an hour every other day intense stuff and yoga and stretching on the in between days
