So I have abs under there some where but my belly is not firm and toned any more after my two kids. I have a bit of a momma pooch as I call it and I want to know if there are any of those who have found a way to tighten it back up.
My kids are 5 and 10 so it's not like I had them recently and I am very active. I play roller derby and do core workouts but the muscle seems to just build under it and push it out haha.
Well maybe concentrate more on ab work outs can't loose hope !!!
