How can I flatten my tummy?

It all start with your diet! 60% diet, 40% exercise. You can do all the running, situps, and fat burning activities you want, but until you stay away from sugars, carbs, and junk, you'll no have a flat tummy. You have to be disciplined. It's hard, trust me, but you got this!
