Recently I've been doing more total body and cardio workouts. The above link is a routine I've done in the past and have just started back doing and it only requires a deck of playing cards.
You basically assign an exercise(I will typically do squats, v ups, push ups and burpies) to the suits(heart, diamond, clubs and spaides). Flip the top card over, the exercise is determined by the suit and the reps by the card value(2-10, face cards are 10 and an ace is 11) by the end you will have done 95 reps of each, however, I usually throw in a joker and do 5 reps of each exercise when it comes up making an even 100 reps. I try and go through the deck as fast as I can and try to beat my time from the last time I did the workout.
