Hey everyone I know this is a horrible topic but I thought I'd ask anyways. So I eat very very healthy. Fruits, lots of veggies and leafy greens like kale, watercress, etc. I eat breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks in between. I noticed since I started eating healthy my stools are extra soft :/ I dont know why. I take probiotics and vitamins and drink alot of water. I though eating healthy was supposed to regulate you? I eat no fast food or junk at all. Help lol
Fiber its all bout the fiber to help make the difference.
Im bot sure, lately I have been eating alot of veggies. Should I be consuming more chicken?
You can never have just a one way diet. You must consume everything. Even carbs. Your stools may be soft because you're not giving your intestines the matter they need to make them hard enough. Basically, take a look at the wheel of nutrition and you'll get the answer.
