DO NOT start some CRAZY diet or RESTRICT calories!!! If you'll eat healthy (and get 1500 cal/day minimum) and exercise regularly you'll lose weight. Extreme calorie restrictions or fad diets lead to frustration, illness, and weight gain because your body holds onto everything because it does not know when you'll feed it again.

Totally agree with Anthony! Quick fix diets only work as long as you stick to them, when you go back to your old habits you regain the weight you lost and often then some. Constantly going up and down is actually also more hazardous to your health than being moderately overweight. Find eating habits that work for you and that you feel you can stick to the rest of your life.
