Hey does anyone have any suggestion on how to I can get through thanksgiving without wickedly destorying my diet plan?...

Watch portion control. Dont deprive yourself of anything. If you want that piece of pie. Have it but just a smaller size. And get up and excercize the next day

Workout before the dinner. And be sure to workout the next day. I would say you'll have a lot fuel in the tank for your workout so go full speed haha.

Lol THE STRUGGLE.  well what I am going to do is exercise my butt off and then eat a good portion and also try to include as much veggies to get full faster and while still not consuming a lot of calories.  Also a lot of water helps.  Basically get full while fooling myself that I ate the meal of my life

Thank you I appreciate it. However I don't think it was wise to use a pig, since my family eats ham instead of turkey. So you better hide that pig....
