Abs without loosing boobs?

Is there a way to get abs showing without loosing my breast size. When I tried training for a 5k. I did 3 days a week of running and in two weeks I went from a D/C cup to a smallish B cup. So I stopped and 4 months later I'm back to my regular size again. I been eating really healthy for 2 months now. My stomach is really flat but no abs are showing. My top an sections has like zero fat. But I also have really thick skin. I been doing two ab programs on here also.

Any body got any pointers????

Your chest is mainly fat. So I honestly don't think there is a way to not lose your boobs... Sorry.

You cant target fat loss. :(

You have to work out your chest to increase your peck size in order to try and maintain cup size, look at professional body builders, they have pecks not breasts, good luck!
