Is there a way to get abs showing without loosing my breast size. When I tried training for a 5k. I did 3 days a week of running and in two weeks I went from a D/C cup to a smallish B cup. So I stopped and 4 months later I'm back to my regular size again. I been eating really healthy for 2 months now. My stomach is really flat but no abs are showing. My top an sections has like zero fat. But I also have really thick skin. I been doing two ab programs on here also.
Any body got any pointers????
You cant target fat loss. :(
