Flat butt

My butt is pretty much nonexisting. I've tried squats to lift it up but it didn't made any diference. Can someone help me to have a little more?

Sometimes exercise can make your butt smaller. It lifts it but some people get smaller. For me I needed to change my diet a little. I eat a few fatty foods and just exercise other parts of my body more so it only sticks on my butt. It works for me.

I have the same problem, i have alil booty but would like more there... Keep motivated girly ;)

Upload pic of it from front and side the on view its condition we can tell u work which will be effective 4 u

You need to squat with heavy weights. Be sure to check your form and go as low as possible.

You will get there eventually just gotta keep pushing yourself more and you'll have better results in no time . good luck

Don't forget to lift up on your heels and squeeze your butt

I've heard doing squats in heels is supposed to help.   Also exercises like donkey kicks, and certain pilates moves.
