Hey guys
I want to know about workouts for thighs and butt(for males). As below the belt I am so bulky, it makes me feel like hulk. Huge thighs and lower legs???
Please help.

Jump Squats,  donkey kicks, butt kicks, weighted walking lunges, invisible chair
