I would like to buold muscle and tone it and i dont know if i should workout everyday or rest in between some..help me pleasee , thank youu

You can workout everyday, just not the same muscle groups. Always allow a days rest between, especially if doing weight training .

Id say train everyday but if youre super busy one day a week it would be fine to skip once a week just make sure you dont skip too much and then get lazy. i have so many times before lol

Thank you! Do you think this schedule would make me progress? : monday-leg and butt/ tuesday-abs/ wednesday-rest day/ thrusday-leg and butt/friday-abs/ saturday-full body / sunday-yoga

I might add a day in there for arms and shoulders. Ive only been working on my arms for 2 weeks and theyre super toned already! But the rest of that schedule seems great(: I love having a yoga day its my favorite way to relax
