Im just curious to know if you guys think keeping a food log.. "diary" helped you lose weight or eat healthier. :o
Hi! Keeping a food log sure helps a lot. I've personally tried it and I lost 3 kgs during one weekend, just by keeping a track of what I was eating and when.

I agree! It may help to just try it for a while and see if you benefit. I found it helped me to be more aware of the food I eat, but it became kind of a chore to keep track of everything all the time.

Tracking the amount of food you eat is very important in losing weight. I find it's very easy to under estimate the amount of calories I consume if I don't measure out or weigh out my food. If your serious about losing weight then I suggest you track everything you eat and drink.
